Applying Profiles

Groups of processes can be applied together to a page or document.

A group of processes can be saved as a profile, so that the same settings can quickly be used again. Laserfiche PhotoDocs comes with a pre-configured profile, and you can create more to suit the types of documents your organization will be working with.

Note: You can automate the application of processes by specifying a profile to be run automatically when documents are created.

To apply a profile

  1. Select the name of the profile from the Profiles toolbar.
  2. Select Run.

Note: You can also apply a group of processes without saving them as a profile.

To apply a group of processes that are not saved as a profile

  1. Select the process markers above each process you want to include.
  2. Click Run.
  3. Optional: You can create a new profile with the selected processes.
